Article 1 (Information Collected and How)

The Company collects the following information through the website inquiry form.

• Required: name, contact number (with country code for overseas users), services of interest, land ownership type, land address, land area, current crops, expected timeline
• Optional: additional message
• Collected automatically: cookies and access logs (web analytics), enabled only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice.

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

• Responding to inquiries and conducting consultations
• Preliminary review of agrivoltaic suitability based on the land information provided
• Providing service-related information
• Marketing and advertising (only with separate consent)

Article 3 (Retention Period)

• Retained for 1 year after the inquiry is closed, then destroyed without delay. If a consultation leads to a contract, records are kept for the period required by the applicable laws.
• Destroyed without delay when the user withdraws consent.

Article 4 (Outsourcing and Overseas Transfer)

To process inquiries the Company entrusts the following processors, which are located overseas. Transfer occurs over the network at the moment you submit the form; processors retain data for the period in Article 3.

• Notion Labs, Inc. (USA): Storage and management of inquiries
• Slack Technologies, LLC (USA): Internal notification of new inquiries
• Web3Forms (Overseas): Inquiry confirmation e-mail delivery
• Google LLC (USA): Address search in the English form (Google Places), web analytics (Google Analytics, only with cookie consent)

You may refuse the overseas transfer; in that case please contact us by e-mail (info@en-velops.com) instead of the web form. The Korean form's address lookup (Kakao Postcode) processes only the search keyword you type; the Company does not provide personal information to it.

Article 5 (Third-Party Disclosure)

The Company does not disclose users' personal information to third parties in principle. Exceptions are made when the user has given prior consent or when required by law.

Article 6 (Your Rights and the Right to Refuse)

• You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information using the contact below.
• You have the right to refuse consent to collection, use and overseas transfer. Refusing consent for required items means the inquiry cannot be submitted through the website.

Article 7 (Cookies)

Web-analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are activated only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can refuse or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
